Pisco Sour recipe for 2:
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup of Pisco
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 egg white
- Angostura bitters
Place Ice cubes, lemon juice, egg white, pisco, and Angostura bitters in the bowl of a blender. Blend on high speed until finely pureed. Strain into a glass and sprinkle on drop of the Angostura bitter (if you like you can sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon powder).
